A deep, roasted morning ritual — without the caffeine.
Pure wild-harvested dandelion root, personally gathered by hand here in Alberta, then carefully cleaned, chopped, slow-roasted and ground into a rich herbal coffee alternative.
Dark. Earthy. Full-bodied.
Slow roasting develops a rich, robust and earthy flavour with a naturally smooth finish — created for people who enjoy the deep character and ritual of a dark morning brew.
A little goes a long way.
Because the roots are slow-roasted and finely ground, start with a small amount and adjust the strength to your taste.
Use 1 rounded teaspoon per cup of hot water.
Steep for 5–8 minutes before pressing.
Add to your filter basket and brew like regular coffee.
Enjoy it black or add your preferred milk and sweetener.
Seven hours of hands-on work.
This isn't a mass-produced, farm-grown tea. Batch 1 began with wild dandelion roots gathered by hand here in Alberta and processed from raw root to finished roast.
Careful harvesting over several days.
Hand-separating, triple-washing, chopping and slow-roasting.
100% wild-harvested Alberta dandelion root.
Keep the dark-roasted ritual. Skip the caffeine.
If what you love about coffee is the warm mug, deep roasted flavour and slow morning ritual, roasted dandelion root offers a completely different plant with its own rich, earthy character — and no caffeine.
It can be prepared in familiar ways using a French press or drip coffee maker, making it an easy addition to a caffeine-free morning routine.
Batch 1 produced only 5 bags. Once they're gone, this batch is closed.
Dug by hand. Roasted slow.
Wild Alberta dandelion root transformed into a dark, caffeine-free herbal brew one small batch at a time.
