Shipping & Returns
We want you to know what to expect before your order leaves Alberta. Below you'll find information about returns, carrier delays, damaged or lost orders, and international import charges.
Returns & Refunds
Because of the nature of our handcrafted, wild-harvested products, we do not offer standard returns or refunds once an order has shipped. However, we stand behind our work and will always do our best to make things right when there is a genuine problem with an order.
Delivery Times & Carrier Delays
We do not guarantee delivery dates. Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Alberta Wildcraft.
This is especially important during December and other high-volume shipping periods, when carrier delays may occur.
Delays caused by the shipping carrier do not qualify for refunds.
Damaged, Lost or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, lost, or defective — whether within Canada, the U.S., or internationally — please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion based on the circumstances of the order.
International Orders
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees assessed by their destination country unless those charges have already been collected at checkout.
Alberta Wildcraft is not responsible for customs delays, refused deliveries, or packages returned because required import charges were not paid by the recipient.
Packages returned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds.
Customs & Delivery Delays
International orders may be delayed by customs authorities or local delivery carriers after leaving Canada. Customs processing times are outside the control of Alberta Wildcraft.
Carrier or customs delays do not qualify for refunds once an order has shipped.
