Shipping Information
We’ve recently lowered our shipping rates by changing how we send our parcels. Orders are now shipped using the tracked service that offers the best combination of cost, reliability, and delivery time for your destination.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
To help keep shipping costs low, some parcels are prepared in batches and dropped at our shipping depot once or twice per week.
All orders include tracking. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping service used and your destination.
Canada
$12.75 CAD flat-rate tracked shipping
FREE shipping on orders $145 CAD+
Canadian orders may be shipped by Canada Post or another tracked Canadian courier.
United States
$13.75 USD tracked shipping
FREE shipping on orders $100 USD+
U.S. orders include tracking. Duties and applicable import charges are calculated at checkout when required.
Please allow additional time for U.S. customs processing, as customs delays are outside our control.
International
$21.75 CAD flat-rate shipping
FREE shipping on orders $145 CAD+
International delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees unless already collected at checkout.
Delivery & Tracking
Tracking is emailed once your shipping label is created. For depot shipments, tracking may not begin updating until the parcel receives its first carrier scan.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during customs processing, holidays, severe weather, or other carrier delays.
Lost, Damaged or Defective Orders
We do not offer standard returns or refunds once an order has shipped. However, we stand behind our products and will always do our best to make things right.
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
