I make my own salve, but I started buying this at the recommendation of a fellow eczema Mom, and while it’s not a cure-all (no topical is, we look internally for that!), it seems to really help my daughter’s eczema (some of her stubborn eczema spots healed using this!). Just tried it. Nice flavour, but it’s a very fine blend so it leaks out of my tea ball and sieve. Will have to get some reusable mesh tea bags to enjoy it better!
I like how it sinks in and eases my hands, I broke 2 fingers this summer and they still bother me.
A fascinating experience! 1st you bite the small cube and it shatters, 2nd place the pieces inside your cheek while saliva accumulates. 3rd start to form a small ball with the pieces. 4th Chew!

But makes sure it's warmed up before you chew it or else it'll shatter.
Best way to warm it up is to let sit in mouth or rub between palms or just chew slowly.
