🪶 USE AS DIRECTED & PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY

🌲 Use as Directed

We take great care in crafting safe, high-quality, wild-harvested products. Our products are intended to be used only as directed and in accordance with the instructions provided on our website, product listings, and packaging.

By purchasing our products, you agree to use them as directed and understand that Alberta Wildcraft is not responsible for harm, injury, or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or use contrary to provided instructions.

🦷 Dental & Chewing Disclaimer (Spruce & Pine Resin Gum)

Natural spruce and pine resin gum goes through a crumbly and firm warming phase before forming a smooth chewing gum. During this phase, small fragments may feel tacky.

To reduce sticking, we recommend gently warming the resin with your mouth, hands, or a warm (not hot) beverage, and using a formed piece of gum to gather small fragments rather than pulling pieces directly from teeth.

If you have dental work such as fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, dentures, or orthodontic appliances, use caution and discontinue use if discomfort occurs.

By purchasing and using our resin gum, you acknowledge that Alberta Wildcraft is not responsible for damage to dental work, dental discomfort, or dental-related issues. If you have concerns, consult your dental professional before use.

👶 Children & Age Disclaimer

Our chewing resin products are not recommended for children under the age of 8 due to choking risk and the firm nature of natural resin. Children should only use under close adult supervision.

🦷 Dentures & Oral Appliances Notice

Customers with dentures, partial dentures, dental implants, or oral appliances should use caution when chewing natural resin gum, as firm natural materials may affect dental hardware.

🌲 Allergies & Sensitivities Disclaimer

Our products are made from wild-harvested pine, spruce, and other botanical materials. If you have known allergies to pine, spruce, tree resins, botanicals, or severe plant allergies, do not use our products without consulting a healthcare professional.

🌿 Natural Products & Variability Notice

Our products are handcrafted, wild-harvested, and produced in small batches. Natural variation in color, texture, scent, and composition is normal. Wildcrafted products may contain trace natural debris such as bark, plant matter, or sediment despite careful filtering.

⚖️ Release of Liability & Limitation of Responsibility

We strive to provide accurate product information; however, errors or omissions may occur. By purchasing our products, you agree to release Alberta Wildcraft from liability arising from errors or omissions in product descriptions, instructions, or information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alberta Wildcraft’s liability for any claim related to the use of our products shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

🌲 Traditional Use & Health Disclaimer

Our products are based on traditional use, historical practices, and ingredient research. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements on this website have not been evaluated by Health Canada or any regulatory authority.

The information provided is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any natural product, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a health condition.
