Tea Of Four
I crafted this tea for folks who want more than just comfort in a cup.
This isn’t a blend made to be soft—it’s made with purpose.
At its core are four powerful forest mushrooms:
Artist conk, tinder conk, red belt, and birch polypore—each one bringing strength, depth, and edge. To that, I added birch bark for its subtle sweetness and its ability to gently pull the blend together with familiar forest notes.
To harmonize the bitterness, I included just enough pineapple weed with its apple-like brightness, and rose petals from my own garden—not to add sweetness, but to soften and round out the sharpness.
The result is earthy, bitter, and deeply grounded—with a smooth edge that emerges slowly as it steeps.
This tea is not for everyone.
It’s not mellow. It’s not sweet.
If you're looking for a light floral brew, this isn’t it.
But if you want something that feels like the forest—crafted with intention and rooted in wild knowledge—Thé de Quatre is that cup.
It may support digestion and elimination, liver function, immune response, and deeper internal systems (always do your own research).
More than that, it brings a sense of presence and strength to those who choose to drink it.
➤ How to Brew
This is a strong, bitter blend that needs time and heat to come alive.
1. Add 1 heaping teaspoon per cup of water to a small pot.
2. Bring it to a gentle boil, then immediately reduce to the lowest simmer.
3. Simmer for 30–45 minutes, covered.
4. Strain using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth before drinking.
Optional: Add a touch of pure, unpasteurized honey if you prefer a smoother finish—but let the depth of this tea speak for itself.
